The Concept is an independently built late-night cocktail bar in Malta, created around a simple idea: great cocktails, great music, and an atmosphere that changes as the night unfolds.
Built from the ground up by its owner, Sean Larkin, The Concept takes inspiration from the classic cocktail bars of New York, with a focus on authentic, original recipes and proper cocktail craftsmanship rather than trends.
From timeless classics to carefully selected drinks, everything is made with attention to balance, quality, and the character of the original cocktail.
The Concept is about keeping things simple: proper cocktails, good music, good people, and a place that feels different from the moment you walk through the door, to the moment you walk out.
